Are you an approved course provider?
Yes. We are approved by the New York State Education Department.
How many hours do I need to complete a course?
The State mandates a two hour minimum reading requirements for each course. There is no maximum time requirement.
Do I need to complete the course in one session?
No. You may log off and on as many times as you wish to. Our timer feature maintains time
spent on the course and where you left off. Complete the course at your own pace.
Is there a course score or grade that is submitted to the State?
No. There are some review questions. There are no pass / fail requirements for the course.
How and when do I receive my proof of completion?
You may receive proof of completion immediately after completion of a course. There are convenient options
to receive your official certificate of completion.
